Attaching additonal information and pictures of large blisters and ulcer wound on right leg that this PA Michael Wiegert, at Wake Med Cardiology in Cary, NC neglect to remove non adhesive bandages that I had covering the infected areas on my right leg and sent me home, requring ER visit, infection in my right leg, high doses of Clinamycin 150 mg, had to take 3 times (TID) daily, wrapped in ER with Bacitracin and constantly in a Unno Wrap going on over 2 months. Update to review a couple of hours ago post. This Cardiology Clinic is a disgrace to allow a PA Michael Wiegert, neglect a patients right leg with wounds, blisters and ulcers on it and not even take the bandage off and look at them which was purpose of visit to begin with. His supervisor is lacking supervision also, because PA's require supervision and a sponsor. That place is gone to the dogs since Dr. Khans left and a RN who recently left and went to UNC Chapel Hill. My regular Cardiologist was on hospital call when I called them, therefore the nurse set me up with an appointment with Michael Wiegert.,PA on May 15, 2026, because I had redness in my right leg and blisters. She said he will be able to check the blisters when you get here. Arrived for the visit, had blisters wrapped with bandages and covered.
