From my 1st appointment until my post op appointment I was blown away by how amazing this practice was. I have never had such a pleasant and efficient medical experience. I felt like Dr.Pilati was the first doctor to ever actually listen to me and take my concerns seriously. Michelle, my case manager was always so quick to respond and was always concerned with getting me what I needed as quickly as possible to meet my goal date. Never actually got to any of the appointments I set but I don’t recommend them. They don’t have the proper equipment on hand and wait until hours before an appointment to tell you this information. I tried to see two separate doctors here and both couldn’t do a basic lap band adjustment.

Horrible practice. How can you work for Wakemed and them require you see Wakemed Drs but can’t provide a service to you. Can’t even schedule you an appointment.
I keep calling no one answer.I left voicemails no one call back.It's going on two months now I been trying to get rescheduled nothing I'm going to try to transfer everything to Duke because I don't think I will have this problems over there.
