One Star at this point is more than they deserve. Can’t make an appointment, extremely long waiting list to be seen. The person that answered the phone was rude , didn’t explain anything. So with that said, I went back to Duke Weight Loss Clinic where I’m not blown off.
Originally made an appointment that I had to wait 3 months for, just for them to cancel the day before. They tried to reschedule me but the first few dates didn't work. I was upset and on my way to another appointment when they called so I asked them to call me back to reschedule. They never did and just scheduled me for the first day which I told them already I couldn't do. Called back to reschedule and they're booked through next year. From my 1st appointment until my post op appointment I was blown away by how amazing this practice was. I have never had such a pleasant and efficient medical experience. I felt like Dr.Pilati was the first doctor to ever actually listen to me and take my concerns seriously. Michelle, my case manager was always so quick to respond and was always concerned with getting me what I needed as quickly as possible to meet my goal date. Never actually got to any of the appointments I set but I don’t recommend them. They don’t have the proper equipment on hand and wait until hours before an appointment to tell you this information. I tried to see two separate doctors here and both couldn’t do a basic lap band adjustment.
