I had nerve testing. The tester was a tall man, very nice and I am terrible with names and cannot recall his name although he did tell me. It was 10/22/15 at 9:20 am. He was very good at explaining the test and what I could expect, he explained every step along the way and I really appreciated it as I really didn't know much about it. I had to call several days later to request a prescription savings card because the co-pay for my new prescription was $140. just glad that there is a place that is available to go to that will listen to your symptons and try to find a plan of action that will work for your pain management.
Staff is very nice, helpful. The PA I saw was wonderful she gave me more direction than any other person in relation to my back.
This was a much easier experience than I had envisioned at first. The treatment team was well-coordinated and efficient.
The injection I received helped relieve some of my pay. The doctor who worked with me was extremely helpful and pleasant.
Again, compliments to Lauren that is why I chose to do survey as well. Thanks to her and her unique way of making me feel comfortable no matter how bad the pain was that I was experiencing.
Shane was really nice. I got dizzy after my injection and he made sure I was feeling okay and made sure not to rush me out and to take my time.
I was pleased with my pre-treatment consultation. I look forward to a hopefully successful treatment
Yesterday was my 3rd visit to Wake Spine & Pain. On each visit, I have been very pleased. My doctor was very thorough, he took his time explaining and answering my questions and he explained everything in a very basic way for me to understand. Each time, the nurse or person that does the assessment before he comes in was friendly and thorough also.
