The staff were very kind. Everyone was understanding, respectful and effecient. I look forward to my return visit.

My experience with the Wake Spine and Pain Clinic was superior! From the time I walked in for my first visit, the staff and everyone was courteous and very positive. Anthony did a super job during the intake. Although I have only had the epidural shot since this past Thursday, my back is feeling wonderful. I was extremely impressed how the Doctor conducted the actual procedure. He was gentle, explained everything as he was going and I did not have any pain with this shot. Everyone was very pleasant. I didn't have any procedures done, but I was prescribed pain medication. They also submitted a request to my insurance company for an MRI to be done, which was approved. I feel very confident that they will find the problem and resolve it.
Wait was very minimal. Staff was polite, professional, and understanding as it related to my problems.
Everyone was very professional and courteous. The office was comfortable, neat and clean. The procedure was thoroughly explained to me as was the plan of care.
I had a very pleasant experience overall looking forward to see if Dr Resnick can help me with my pain management.
