I recently had an appointment here, for an Endoscopy, to look at a cyst. I was a little nervous and unsure of the procedure. However, Genia was very comforting and talked to me through the entire process. Before I knew it we were done. Big kudos out to you Genia for easing my mind and making me comfortable. You are awesome!!!

This place is in transition. There's construction going on, so my MRI was in a trailer parked outside the main facility. This does not in any way reflect on the healthcare providers that assisted me. They are great. I consider myself fortunate to be able to access high-quality healthcare teed up by the UNC System. Furthermore, as a military retiree, finding healthcare covered by Tricare is not always possible. Thankfully, UNC does accept Tricare. Wake Radiology Customer Compliment 11/25/2024 Marion was referred to Wake Radiology by her PCP at Avance Health Care in Morrisville. Brenda, on her second day there, greeted us in a very warm, professional manner. Gretchen and Gypsy assisted with our check-in and in finding our referral authorization. Brenda, Gretchen and Gypsy, are very professional and caring to us and everyone who entered the facility. They transferred Marion’s additional tests from the Ashville location, saving us time. I waited 1.5 hours and was never called back for my scheduled bone density scan. I told the reception desk every 15 minutes that I was still waiting, although she could see me still in the waiting room. Each time she said the technician was running behind. Other patients were promptly taken back and left in a short time. I finally told the receptionist I was leaving. She offered no explanation or apology.
