My Primary Care Physician is the best. She always has time to answer questions. She explores and addresses any concerns. I am grateful to have professional, knowledgeable and outstanding care every visit. I would highly recommend Dr. S. Nallu to family and friends.
I didn't like the new doctor I was assigned to.she was not prepared to see me. She had not reviewed my chart and said some stupid, offensive stuff to me.
The lab made me wait for a woman that arrived well after me. When I told them I was before her the lab agent told me "Well you're in the chair now." I also tried to explain that I was a hard stick when drawing blood but the other lab agent dismissed my comment. When I told them Novant doesn't treat me this poorly I was told "Well should you go to Novant and let them stick you?" I'm in the process of getting a lawyer.
I would give it a zero but a 1star is for the bathroom being clean I guess. They pick and choose which patients get priority and I was told when I moved here that Novant is better for "certain" people like my b/f. I believe it.
