Staff is excellent. The doctors listen to me and ensure I'm part of the process. Even if you're on Medicaid, they are courteous and kind.

The doctors and nurses really take time to listen to your questions and concerns. They explain everything to you to where you understand it all. They're friendly and make you feel like you matter and that you have a say in your Healthcare. Every doctor I see is with Atrium Health except pcp, and that one will be soon.
