Excellent care, but long wait (5+ hours after all scans and xrays were completed) as a trauma pt to get results and discharged. That said, they were swamped with 40ish traumas that day/night. Julie is the best nurse we had. EXCELLENT JOB!!!
If I could give this a negative star review I would! 1 star is too much, I never got bills sent to me or even any notices. I went to the ER 2 YEARS ago. From then to now I was never sent a bill to pay for the physician service that I received, and in return my bill was sent to collections. Customer service was awful, rude and incompetent. Ridiculous that they’re somehow in business.
Quality care in a timely manner.
Worst experience ever. I went to the er with very high bp. The top number was 216. Was never checked for bp. The ambulance ppl said it was an allergy so that's what the er dr went with. It was not an allergy. My bp was never checked at the er. I sat in the waiting room 3 hrs and absolutely nothing was done. Oh but you did manage to charge over $3000 for the privilege of sitting in your over priced waiting room.
