helpful friendly staff and didn't have to wait long.
My husband and I have been going to him for many years. He is very knowledgeable, caring and polite. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere I would definitely recommend this place!
Proper Communication would save you from losing patients. Called days ago to make sure that they would see me even though I had a small overdue balance. Let them know that I would not be able to pay it today. Went in for my appointment after being told that they would see me. Took time off from work to go and then they refused to see me. 3 patients lost due to lack of proper communication.
Awesome Eye Doctor. Great staff. Caring wonderful people. I will be back. So thorough and just amazing.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My daughter had an eye surgery and needed her prescription in a timely manner. I took her prescription in 14 days before the surgery and also discussed her getting the surgery with some staff. It has now been two weeks after her surgery and they still do not have her prescription. I found out about two weeks in that the frame she picked was on back order because I called about the glasses to see if they were in, no one bothered to tell me until I started asking questions. Overall great experience and highly recommend. Treated as humans. Not rushed through like with most doctors. Waitkus himself is very quiet, but relatable and caring. His staff are amazing also; friendly, understanding, patient, and caring. Nice atmosphere. Decent selection of frames.
