I will always recommend Dr. Wait! My daughter has been with him 5 years, since her days in the NICU. A dear friend of mine just delivered early and her son also developed hydrocephalus. She knows I trust Dr. Wait with my daughter’s life and she trusts him with her son’s life as well now.
In 2013 Dr Wait did surgery on my son and his rare brain tumor. He changed my sons quality of life. He literally gave my son a life. I owe him more than words can explain. Caleb is in 5 th grade and is able to learn and is seizure free. I could never repay this man for what he did for my son! If you have a rare case you would be crazy not to take your child to see him! He changes lives!
Dr. Wait has been my daughter's neurosurgeon since being diagnosed in the NICU 4 years ago with Hydrocephalus. He's always taken the time to explain treatment options, go over why one may work over another and has been available for questions as we mull over decisions. My daughter adores him and asked for him when she was in the hospital and happily walks right up to him in the office. Grateful he's her neurosurgeon.
My 3 year old daughter had a brain tumor on her pineal gland. We were told by her oncologist that it was the most difficult area to reach and a surgeon may not even be able to get a biopsy. Dr wait removed the entire tumor. He didn’t even shave her head. She came out of surgery with a French braid. He saved her life. To me he is a miracle worker and I am forever grateful to him. She is 5 now .
My granddaughter had a tumor removed from her brain. She was 15 yrs old. Dr. Wait did the surgery through her eyebrow and she was out of the hospital the next day. Dr. Wait did a great job and my granddaughter respects him very much. I see Dr. Wiercisiewski from this group.
