Dr Wait was very thorough and took the time to explain everything concerning my unique surgeries. I trust him and his judgment should we have to do it again however we are going on little over three years so far it is looking promising
Dr. Wait removed an extremely difficult tumor inside my spinal column that nerves and become completely embedded in. I was woken to even tell my wife goodbye as I was not expected to survive surgery. If I survived I was expected to be paralyzed the rest of my life. That was 10 years ago. We now have a 9 year old son, 6 year old daughter, and are adopting a 2 year old. I’m writing this review now because I’m back to see him due to a completely different spinal problem. When I heard I was being referred to a neurosurgeon I kne... read more
I am so grateful for Dr. Wait! When the other doctors kept telling me there was nothing that could be done about my condition, Dr. Wait cared enough to find the root of the problem and did something to fix it. I owe him and Dr. Ralf Christy (the doctor who referred me back to Dr. Wait after my heart surgery) my life! I will be forever thankful to them both! Dr. Wait is still ensuring that I receive the best of care.
I was nervous about taking my 16 yr old daughter there. She is my baby. He put my fears at bay. Helped calm me down. Took his tim and spoke with her and I both. Answered all our questions and explained everything to us. If it turns out that my daughter needs surgery I believe we found our doctor. (Dr. Shepherd) Grey's Anatomy lol.
Dr. Wait knew exactly what was going on with my health condition. Few minutes after entering exam room, he had set up a treatment plan for me. I feel confident that everything will go well.
I felt very confident in Dr. Waits knowledge. He made me feel comfortable and doesn’t rush your appointment. Staff were friendly as well.
Dr Wait and his staff are stellar. Dr Wait is honest, matter of fact, meticulous and thorough before making diagnoses. His staff is friendly, thorough and the office seems to run like a well oiled machine. They have my gratitude, full recommendation and continued patronage.
I have had previous experiences with Dr. Wait and his knowledge and skills are never questionable. I truly respect his clarity and straightforward on fact’s because it helps to avoid unnecessary procedures. Much improvement in communication. Thanks for being great at what you do.
As a young and fit 57 year old female, I was led to Dr. Wait, after learning the numbness and tingling in my arms and hands was caused by moderate to severe cervical spinal stenosis. Dr Wait initially prescribed PT, to see if my symptoms could be managed without surgery. One year after my initial visit, my stenosis had increased in severity, which required a procedure called Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion. Dr Wait thoroughly described to me the risks and benefits, and after a great deal of thought, I decided to have... read more
