I have been here before and had good service. I think they might be under new ownership? Or maybe we went on an off day? My daughter and I went for mani-pedis for her birthday. We got the gel mani, but not pedi. They seemed irritated by that and by the fact that I took a bit to decide on a color. They tried to talk us into the gel pedi and talked me out of one of the colors that I was really interested in using. They were in such a rush that we never had time to use the chair massage. I would normally rate 5 stars but the last 2 times I've gone, lacking in service and quality. Two weeks ago I had a manicure. Too/showed the tech the tear in my thumbnail and ask she glue. She ignored me. Not acceptable. Yesterday was the worst! The man tech Tom T was way too rough with leg and foot massage. I almost came out the chair and had to ask he not. He didn't remove the rough skin from my heels nor did he use a base coat before my polish application. Was in/out in 35 minutes when usually my pedicure is close to an h... read more
