The woman (Caroline?) who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Waikiki Health has had my prescription for over a week. They were closed an extra day (Monday) due to Hurricane that never hit. I’ve been out of my medicine for a week and a half. They never called me to tell me that they didn’t have my medicine, my roommate had to find out when she went to pick it up. They told her they would transfer it to Long’s Drugs and NEVER DID!!! Good service excellent so far there’s no negative things to say I have good doctor she’s wonderful very helpful she explain it well to me and refer to what needs to be done. ❤️

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, my Dr. is on top of my health concerns, easy to reach through online portal. She usually gets back to me within 8 hours. I'm new to Hawaii and I had been warned that Hawaiian health care is not so good, but that's not true at all. Thankfully.
