I have mixed feelings about Waikiki Health. On the positive side, my doctor was excellent — compassionate, skilled, and genuinely focused on patient care. My visits with the clinical staff have always been professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the facilities are in very poor condition. During one visit, I accidentally touched what appeared to be blood on a railing, and I also noticed blood stains on the carpet. This raises serious concerns about sanitation and infection control.
