I am not familiar with this company however I happened to get a flat tire near their business today and two of their employees stopped to help me change my tire. I'm so thankful to them and can say that despite not knowing what this company does, the people that work there are top tier!
The good thing is you can get parts from Waibel that other places won't sell you, unless you have an HVAC License. On the down side, you'll pay a premium for some of the parts. I guess it all depends on how bad you need the thing.
