There service SUCKS !! Been trying to get a set of keys for our 2016 Puma. First took my credit card number to order waited 2 weeks with no keys, called and the service lady said I'll have someone call you back. I other week with no call THEN service told my husband to take apart the door for a new lock they could get keys !!! WTF and we were told that you just can't go to a hardware store and get one made ! So what does a person do ?? Piss poor service and our hot water heater still won't stay lit.

The interesting thing here is that we don't offer keys, we have key blanks in-stock and all one needs to do is pick them up and have them cut at a hardware store that cuts keys. Jeremy and Aaron were trying to find an already cut key to just give to you at no charge but nothing coded up with your lock if thats what you were referring to us not "finding any". We recently bought a 2016 Shasta camper and are not at all happy with our responses to problems from Jeremy. We called about the rust on our frame and his response was that's maintenance. So what is warranty? Our flooring under our table is all bubbled up Jeremy said take a blow dryer and heat it up? Is that a warranty? Our tire has a cut in it we drove it 15 miles from the dealership to our home and Jeremy said the tire company because it's probably vandalism. That's all we know for now as we have not used it yet! The issues listed here in your review are simple cases of not understanding your warranty details and what warranty covers and or does not cover. As a dealership we do not build campers, we sell them, service them, supply parts for them and warranty them with authorization from the manufacturer as long as it falls under their guidelines.
