What an absolute dissapointment. We traded in our camper and purchased a brand new one; while we love our new camper, I would never recommend you buy from this dealer. The salesman we worked with, Travis, lacked any sort of attention to detail, had terrible communication skills, and refused to give us our financing information for almost two weeks. Horrible service in the service department. We went to drop off our RV for repair. An employee was yelling at another employee for where we parked to drop off then proceeded to yell at us for parking it where we did. Poor customer service!!! We left with our RV and found another place with friendly staff for our repair. We will never return nor recommend them to others.
Went to the open house to find our first camper! When we asked about what size we could get to tow with our vehicle we got laughed at!!!!! WE ARE disgusted with the way we were treated!
We worked with Jeremy from out of state, the process, the walk through and pick up was top class. We’ll be back and highly recommend Wagner!

I am happy with the service at Wagner's. Even though we went a little over budget, they repaired everything the way I asked, and more. The cleaned and safety checked the whole thing, and now my 28 year old camper looks almost brand new. Thanks for the great work, and we'll be back.
I bought a jayco j flight 2015 in 2014 Jeremy was our sales men our experience was excellent then.Had some warranty work done today excellent service , my RV is back up & running thank you Wagner's and the guys in the shop good job I appreciate it!
