RecommendedWe purchased a Bullet Premier from Wagners two years ago but had a warranty issue that forced us to be on the hunt for a new camper. A big thank you to Wagner's Trailer Sales of Cleveland, Wi. for professional, employees, timely and quality service, and for the complete satisfaction I have received. My 2018 Jayco ht fifth wheel, purchased from an Appleton Jayco dealership, needed several warranty items addressed. The Appleton dealership lied to me repeatedly, refused to perform the requested warranty repair items. After speaking with Jayco and Wagner's my trailer was repaired fully and promptly. Thank you.
Would not recommend this dealer or Jayco for that matter. Love our camper but have an obvious manufacturer error with the recliners. The foot rest pads were never centered when the seats were built, now the corners of the foot rest and the sides of the chairs are worn thru to the wood. The rv is under warranty but the wear isnt sufficient to be covered??? How much more worn does it need to be. Piss poor service and absolute crap treatment from the dealership and Jayco.
I traded my 2005 Cherokee for a 2007. Wanted a little bigger. There was water damage to side and floor, which Alex assured me was now fixed. Nothing else was listed on inspection report. I made the deal knowing I could replace the floor. To make a long angry story short, when I got the camper home, the bathroom floor was completely rotted too. the tires were DANGEROUSLY dry rotted, which I had no idea, so bad I was told they should NEVER have been driven with. We were looking for our first RV/trailer and found just what we were looking for at a great price. We love our new trailer and Travis sure made it a great experience. The staff were helpful, and were accommodating when we were in a time pinch! The trailer is a perfect fit, and has been great for us newbies.
Worst customer service ever. Took our camper in for a quote for repairs on July 5th. Never heard back with an estimate. Called on July 21st and was told by the service manager that he would call on Monday July 23rd with the estimate. Never received a call. Called on July 26th and told the receptionist "Jill" that I no longer wanted the quote and how disappointed I was and didnt even get an apology. I know where NOT to go for my next camper.
It was unfortunate to read all of the bad reviews from people's prior experiences because my husband and I just had a great experience there and would encourage others to shop there as well! We worked with Alex. He was great! Very friendly and helpful. We had looked at many different dealerships and were disgusted at how dirty their campers were.
