They Never answered my questions or even gave any attention to the concerns about a medical form that was not reflective of the truth. Which to me is kinda crazy 😅. Just as a background I do have medical knowledge and have been working within the umbrella of things for about 7 years where my practice also follows the medical act where I also have paper work with clients/patients and deal with forms.
