Very friendly and super helpful looking for winter rentals as well as home near Anna Marie.
Booked a vacation 3 months ago, they canceled our reservation less than 30 days before it was to start. Now we have no vacation! Don’t book here unless you want it to get canceled last minute. Apparently, this is the norm for Wagner Realty. Jonna turned the paperwork in to the association too late. Bonnie who initially helped us secure the property went missing in action when we needed her the most.
We rented a house in Bradenton and the Wagner Realty staff helped us to find exactly what we needed. Fantastic experience!!
