Does this orthodontist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did you feel that this orthodontist had a kid-friendly office? Yes Did the orthodontist give you a good idea of what the final results would look like? Sort of, but not enough Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

They're very acomodating, and my family's on a payment plan, which I appreciate. My son is 16 and goes to his appointments by himself and he loves that. He comes home with different color bands, laughing about his visit. It's cute and I know he's in good hands. :) !!!
