FREE REPAIRS WHEN U DO BIZ HERE
This came highly recommended, and the first woman we worked with for the engagement ring was very nice. However once we got it back, the ring had to be completely reset because it was done poorly. When we went back to have them make the wedding band, the other woman was incredibly rude and they had to remake the ring twice because it didn't fit with the engagement ring (that they made), we were very disappointed with the treatment we recieved from that employee and decided to go with someone else.
I am a second generation customer and highly recommend this family owned company for custom work as well as execellent quality and variety of products. They have been remaking pieces for my mom for over 20 years! Great service also.
Long time business in Marysville My husband and I purchased a watch and a ring here, and had absolutely no issues with the service or supply. They continue in the same shopping mall since at least 1991. That speaks volumes to their respectability.
