Dropped my dogs off today the reservation was missing in action. No problem for the AMAZING receptionist Tina. Took the dogs and didn’t skip a beat. Always excellent customer service from Tina
I live in Seattle and my kitty got deathly ill right before a family wedding I needed to attend in California. I could not find anywhere in Seattle that was willing to medical board her and insert a feeding tube if needed on short notice. (She had stopped eating just a few of days before and her normal vet doesn't do that procedure.) Wagly was my last hope. Our dog has been attending day care for almost a year and we are just thrilled with the entire experience! They staff, the care, the facility are all top notch. She has received such amazing vet care that we have moved all our pet's care to Wagly. The staff cares for and genuinely loves our pets; they will go the extra mile to make sure both pet and owner feel comfortable and happy. We have boarded with them as well, also with highest marks. I first used Wagly in January of this year. I boarded my special needs dog there with much trepidation, but he was very well taken care of. I love that there is a vet on location. When my dog got sick, there was no need to arrange transport to an animal hospital. He was cared for immediately. It was perfect. Overall, my experience was so positive that I later applied for a job at Wagly. I wanted to be part of such a fantastic, passionate team. Now I know that both of my dogs will always stay at Wagly.
All my fur babies get great care at Wagly. We've been out of our house for a remodel quite a lot this month, and they have received great care the whole time. I get pics almost daily and updates as needed. Very happy all the way around.
