Very unprofessional. If you want your dog butchered, go here.

A review from a friend who doesn't have facebook. WARNING!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!! I've been here a couple times in the past and so I took my dog Stella in for an appointment this morning since our regular groomer was on vacation. I told them to trim up around her face and private areas only, and a little off her body. Only an hour later, they call me saying she's ready. I come in and they want you to pay first and leave a tip before even seeing your dog, so I did. She brought her out and I was literally almost in tea... read more

Do not bring your dog here. I asked to have a little taken off my 8 month old puppy like the other two times I had brought him here. They completely shaved him down to the skin! They did not give me the common courtesy to call me to let me know they were going to do this. They said it would of been too painful for him to be brushed. Mind you, he was not matted on his body and he did not have fleas or anything !!! I would of picked him up and went somewhere else if I had the choice. All I needed was a phone call. I specifical... read more

Business response:

Unfortunately, many pet owners don't even recognize that their dogs are matted close to the skin. The fur on top may feel nice and soft, but the experienced groomer isn't able to get the clippers through the fur. Nicks, cuts, and razor burn may result. Ears are a common problem also. Hard, tight mats in the ears are iusualyy mpossible to brush out. The only way to remove the mats it by shaving them out. If not addressed, the ear mats will grow bigger and tighter and painful, sometimes resulting in a hematoma at the tip of th... read more

If I could give this place 0 star rating I would. They are thieves at this business! Yesterday we brought our dog in for a grooming that is a $40 service. After I went to pick him up found out I was being charged an extra $15 for a service that I did not request!! Where does this place get off performing a service that I did not ask for! We will not be going back to these people. They were rude and acted as if they had not done anything wrong. I recommend anybody considering taking their pets to this business to reconsider a... read more
