We’ve had our dog for years now, and we usually bring him to a different groomer. He’s always got some mats but our original groomer has never needed to shave him down. We bring him into waggers and without even touching our dog the owner said he needed to be shaved. We said no just do a bath. Later she complained that he wouldn’t stand to be dried, so she shaved every inch of his fur, EVEN HIS TAIL!!! If they could get him up to shave him they could have gotten him up to dry. I brought my 10 year old Great Pyreenes for bath and grooming . I shared that he was matted in areas however the groomer walked in took one look and pronounced he needed to get shaved down . I was clear I did not want him shaved , I got a call from owner later in day stating he was very dirty after his bath and would not stand up long enough to dry ::: OMG he is old !!! They not only buzzed him but shaved his tail as well , shame on them
I love this place! My dog Petey has been going here for a very long time. The owner Lisa is the Best and so is the staff. My dog looks so good when all cleaned up and we always get 1 free service that is always advertised on her website or you can get on her email list and she will send out all information periodically. Give them a try and tell them April & Petey sent you!
We love waggers! Daph always comes home smelling good, fresh cut, and with the cutest bandana.
We love Waggers! Have gone here for years and they are quick, clean, and treat our pups like family!
We’ve been visiting Waggers since we got our dog almost 2 years ago. They always do such a great job and work to get us in when we need too. Every time our dog comes home with a new and cute bandanna that I think really sets them apart from other groomers.
Cooper always looks good and Lisa is really nice and helpful thanks for your service on Cooper for the past 3 years I won't go anywhere else.
