Customer service is unresponsive. I bought a square wave inverter. My induction cooktop and beard trimmer would not work with it. I emailed and asked to return it and order a pure sine inverter. They replied and said sure, order the sine inverter and return the square wave. I did. Returned the square wave when I picked up the pure sine inverter, in person, at their shop in Hayward. The return has not been processed. They have not responded to emails over several weeks and follow-ups on my end. The emails are in the same chai... read more

They shipped me the wrong item. Rather than just simply sending me the correct item I ordered, Wagan forced me to go through some other service to attempt to get a refund despite it clearly being their own error. So now I have to pay for express shipping just to get to my order on time and I have to deal with some middleman to get my money back, which is going to be weeks from now before that gets returned to me. This company is a joke, buy elsewhere if you can.
