We know that leaving your pet can be very tough for both of you, We have designed our facility around your pet being loved so much they will hardly notice you aren't there! Every day your pet will receive one on one playtime, integrated playtime with other pets (if allowed) inside and out. Otto the Beagle had a great time this weekend at Wag N' Tail! He was happy and looked great when I picked him up. Had a good time with the other dogs too! I will definitely be back with my boy. Thank you!
So good to my sweet Sadie girl! Highly recommend. Do tons of activities with the pups so they arent just kenneled all day. While out of town for the 4th they treated our pup to movie night, had a BBQ for them and had a "hot doggies" night where they treated them to little hot dogs made specifically for dogs. so cute! also spoiled my kiddos when we returned to pick up our pup. Very nice people and great place!
Went out of town for the 4th of July and Wag'N Tails was luckily able to accommodate us at the last minute. They took us on a tour of the place and everything looked very clean. Our 5month old puppy was happy and healthy upon our return.
Boomer and Bailey had a great stay during memorial weekend! thank you Wag N tail for taking good care of our babies every time we come!
Went out of town for the weekend. Did not want to leave my two dogs at the vet. Checked out Wag N Tails, this is as good as it gets. Dogs had movie night and scrambled eggs for breakfast. We decided to have both groomed, they looked great!!They were happy when we picked them up. I will definitely use Wag N Tails again Thank you guys!! From Shelby & Dude.
I was hoping to love this place, but we had a bad experience. Be warned if you don't pick your animals up by 12 noon, you will be charged for another full night ... Not sure who leaves town and can return by noon, but I was quoted $60 for one night and ended up being charged $144. Also, take your own food because they charge you $5 for watching feeding of Gravy Train
Dixie Loved her stay here, they go above an beyond for the furr babies an take excellent care of my baby girl i wouldn't have her go anywhere else. Who else spoils there babies with movie nights an breakfast in bed? Yes the babies get there own little beds. the new owners are Wonderful an make everyone feel so welcome.. the price is decent an my Dixie loves these guys. Cant wait to book her next Stay over.. thank you guys for taking such great care of my baby girl can't wait to bring her back.. yall are the BEST!
Most importantly my dog was happy to go there and was excited to see the people there. That speaks volumes to how they treat the pets.
I do not really know what to say about this place. It puzzles me that your dog of whom you have had since he was 8 weeks old and now 6 years old can be the happiest go lucky dog and friendliest dog in the world to a scared dog after a stay here at this wag n tail. My mom's dog is such a gentle sweet baby and was so scared after 2 stays at this place recently. The customer service was not very good or caring for a place that takes care of animals.
