Our dogs were filthy and acted as though they had been mistreated, the bed we took for them was still in the lobby like they never even used it and they were there 5 days. After picking them up they are both throwing up and very nervous acting this is not acceptable.

If you care about your dogs health, do not come here! First, the entire front office smelled like smoke and upon picking up my dogs they looked and smelled terrible, they were both covered in urine and dried feces, looked like they’re kennel was never cleaned the entire 5 days there were there. Their bed and blanket had tons of dog hair on it, that wasn’t even their hair (different color and length), so they obviously don’t clean the kennels well, if at all. My wife and I boarded my 1 year old yellow lab there this past weekend. My wife got a bad vibe from the staff at the get go. My dog was not the same dog coming home. He won’t eat, seems to whimper, cowers and cries A LOT. I am unsure if he had separation anxiety or if he was mistreated. I do not believe we will be using them again. He has been boarded several times at other places and has never had and issues. Please exercise caution when using this facility.

We just picked up our English Bulldog Brie after leaving her for about 9 days. She looks happy, she is groomed, well fed, well taken care of. Sammy was nice and told me I was free to call any time to check on her while we were gone. It’s nice to know we now have a great and safe place to take her when we go out of town. Thank you Wag N Tail for taking great care of our pup ♥️

They love animals. Our 4 dogs came home so happy. One has an allergy rash she would not leave alone so they put a cone on her and she stopped. Now who does that?! It's very difficult to find good furbaby care in the Permian Basin. We are grateful to find these folks.

Have only used once so far but plan to call this morning to book another stay as it is so cold. My dogs seemed to do great there. Liked how my always afraid dog took the the man that works there. Forgot his name. Will update after second stay

I left my dog here while we went away for the thanksgiving holiday, I returned to find him covered in urine and smelling terrible. He was obviously left in his dirty kennel for a long period of time. My dog is house trained and was deffinately not let out as frequently as he should have been to use the bathroom, this is not including he returned with a bladder infection. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
