This Waffle House was by far the worst facility that I have ever been to. The employees were rude from the minute we walked in the door. We had three individual orders and the waitress taking our order had a terrible attitude. We barely placed one order before she turned around to yell our order to the cook. When we placed our second order, she started to argue with another employee because she realized that she was writing in the wrong ticket book. This Waffle House was an incredible addition to the restaurants around UAB Hospital! The area is a dead town for anyone trying to find food after 10pm. Since I work the night shift, this place is invaluable. The employees are always quite friendly and the food has always been good. The police are also always hanging out, so the usual thug crowd from the Waffle House off of University Blvd don't show up. If you're in or around the UAB hospital and need some late night food, Waffle House is the place to go.
