Friday, June 12th, 2026. Came in this morning for breakfast around 6:25 am and I was not greeted whatsoever. I sat at the bar and waited and No-one says a word to me. Customers come in after me and are greeted and their order taken almost immediately. BEYOND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The worst I’ve experienced. Not acceptable, very unprofessional. This was truly in bad taste.
Terrible
Wow, could not have been worse. Walked in at 10:45 pm, was not greeted. All of the open tables were dirty. Only two tables had people dining at them. The two of us stand there until 11:05. Another couple comes in and then the waitress says “just so you know to-go only” to them. Not even to us that had been standing there the whole time. Wow- worst Waffle House experience I’ve ever had- was a 30 minute delay for an already late dinner- and wasn’t even acknowledged.
