First off, we were never greeted when we walked in. We had to wait on the area to be cleaned then we had to wait for staff to take our order. There should be a No Cell Phone Policy for Staff. It was just ridiculous, Food came out cold and the meat with the meal didn’t come out with the dish. staff were not attentive at all. coffee came out later and water was just given to one of us. I didn’t feel good about asking for the basic things. Worst Waffle house experience ever!!!!! Would NEVER go back!!!!!
They always have different prices for the same stuff.
Their waffles and pancakes are awesome. Ham was delicious. My childern said their bacon could use some flavor. Service was very good. And it's a calm atmosphere.
Let me tell you about this waffle house and I have been to many. Context: we went to eat here between 630 and 745 pm on 7/18/2026 and there were two young men working. One was the wait staff one was the gentleman cooking. first of all we walked in atmosphere was good. It was myself and my husband and then one other person in there, my husband ordered coffee they made a fresh pot of coffee.
