Waffle House in Creedmoor, NC has always been my go to breakfast place until I can in early morning before. Wasn't greeted upon entry and was quick to say that online orders were conducted at this time. For me it's not what you say but how you say it. Rude and very unprofessional. That staff on October 10, 2025 either needs to be retrained for customer service or find another profession.
On the morning of October 10th at approximately 4:00 AM, my group and I experienced unprofessional and disrespectful service at your establishment. The two employees on duty were dismissive.This behavior was not only unwelcoming but seemed intentionally aimed at discouraging us from dining in. They said they did not allow dine in, only mobile orders but there was no sign saying that.
