I had a really disappointing experience at Waffle House. Our server, Kehlani, was extremely rude from the start. She dropped our utensils (fork, knife, and spoon) on the floor twice, which was already frustrating. We sat for about 30–40 minutes with completely empty glasses and never drink refills. If I was an inspector this waffle house would have failed. 2 staff on the floor with cell phones in their hands and did not see any hand washing before handling food. It was a busy Saturday morning. March 28th. One of the cooks was on her phone and drinking a redbull over the cooking food. Both violations . Again no hand washing after using the phone and drink from the redbull.
