09/16/2026 Around 8:00pm we stopped to have dinner. Our Server didn't know what an over easy egg was and insisted what we said was over hard. My friends toast arrived with so much butter on it he was unable to eat it. The biscuit sandwich served had no cheese on it. The best part was that the cook was speaking so loudly on her phone when we walked in and during preparing our order. Never had this happen before at this location. Incompetence.

The staff here always treats me so kindly and today the waffle I got was genuinely perfect.

I visited Waffle House on August 6, 2026, at approximately 3:10 a.m. after working a 16-hour shift. I was exhausted and simply wanted to get something to eat. Instead, I was told that the cook was tired and needed a break, and I was turned away without being served. I understand that employees need breaks, but it was very disappointing to be refused service at a restaurant that’s known for being open 24 hours.
