The server Allison was very snarky. When I asked about the to go percentage and then didn’t leave a card tip on a to go order then the whole time my food was being prepared she sat behind the counter with her cup or phone close to her face talking crap about me to other servers. (When she told me the 20% to go order fee was only for the to go order. I was gonna leave a $20 cash tip.)

Today I experienced something truly special at Waffle House. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I needed, but what made this visit unforgettable wasn't just the meal—it was the incredible kindness of a complete stranger. Very crowded and cooks and servers were very loud and rude. Couldn't keep up with orders and we waited forever with a hungry toddler The chocolate milk was sour and lumpy
