Wait staff was very unfriendly. Ketchup bottles were all nasty from not being cleaned. My order was wrong.

This was my 4th visit. The sign of a good experience for me is being acknowledged as soon as you walk through the door. That happened. Secondly, is it visibly clean. Other words, are there dirty unoccupied tables while customers wait. All of the tables were occupied. However, the bar area was available so we sat there. Noviah our waitress tried hard to help serve us. She called out our order to the cook and every order was incorrect. She repeated the order back but , she didn't have the necessary support from an experienced staff member to assist her. There were 13 staff members tending to 2 occupied tables...more than enough staff to give 5 star service. I ask why my waffles were short... He said that's how they come now 🤔 with no customers most tables were dirty and the service was almost nonexistent! Burnt toast is what they serve now apparently 🤦🏽‍♀️ I will be driving to Duncanville next time I have a taste for Waffle House.
