Even when I forget and call for a regular appointment last minute, I never have to wait more than a week to have my son seen. I first saw how amazing his bedside manner is while my wife & firstborn son were still in the hospital: He came in after hours to do my son's circumcision and I watched him do it. He was impressed by any dad wanting to watch that procedure, he explained everything step by step (in his usual way) while doing it, and even threw in some funny real life stories. Dr Wade was AMAZING!!! I would most definitely recommend him to anyone and his nurses are fantastic- the receptionists not so much!! They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They tried to make the waiting room kid-friendly with a few toys and magazines, but they didn't really have anything my kids were interested in. I'v... read more

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes
My children love Dr. Wade. He spoke to them on THEIR level (they are teens) and didn't make them feel like they were going to the "baby dr." He is a very good Doctor. He made my oldest feel so comfortable, he apparently reads some of the same authors she does. Not many adults can relate to her on that level.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.
