This man brought me to tears. I broke a necklace that means so much to me, and he took the time to fix it as though it was the most expensive piece of jewelry, ever. He was kind enough to squeeze us in, although I'm sure he's very busy. He made my day in a way I'll never be able to explain, and I truly appreciate the love and devotion he has for his trade.
