My technician, Adam, came out promptly at the time scheduled, evaluated my problem, explained what was causing the fan not to blow (a small inexpensive part), did the repair and everything was completed in less than 30 minutes. Wade has serviced/repaired different issues with our HVAC system on three occasions now. The technicians have been very knowledgeable and kind, and have consistently provided excellent service. They not only fixed the issues, but took time to explain the root causes and specifically what they did to fix them. Also, when possible, they gave us information on steps we could take to help minimize the chance of recurrence.
