Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? No, he/she did not appear to care very much Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
