Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

The daughter of the practice was very rude. She seemed to have more important things on her mind than her patient. The questions I asked were returned with a bad attitude as if I was questioning her education. The child had a minor procedure and his jaw swelled up the size tennis ball. We switched dentists and now we realize how a respected dentist respect their patients.

My fillings came out quickly as did my ex's. Dr didn't believe me when I said I wasn't numb at all...pulled a tooth almost completely out without being numb..til I SCREAMED. The old man is rude and traumatized me. I have yet to hear anything good about him. Avoid!!!
