Dr. Baggs is a great individual who truly cares about his patients. I trust him wholeheartedly for my healthcare needs.
Been with this place for over a yr I have diabetes and a back problems. I have been trying to get a referral for over 3 months so I can continue injection in my back with no luck from this office.needed a pre-authorization for my insurance company to get some of my diabetic medicine. It was denied because the office Sent it in incomplete. Been trying to get refills on my medicine going on a month now when I was last in there, I was told they would be sent in and yet they have not been sent in and Publix is called twice to ge... read more
Dr.Baggs has been amazing and listens to what I have to say about my health. He has always been professional, and kind. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing primary care physician.
Since this review is about Dr. Baggs and Dr. Baggs only. I give him a perfect score. It is true, that the office has a bad phone system and a couple of staff members who are not “A” players. However they also have good support staff as well. Compare this to other practices and you will see the same. If you have a bad experience, look for the TMH survey that will be texted to you.
