This place was amazing! I didn't have an appointment, but they welcomed me in anyways. The wait wasn't too bad and they had Home Alone on while I waited in the waiting area. When it came to deciding if I wanted to order contacts or not, they weren't forceful like other places are. The staff and both optometrists were very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place!
I just returned from Waco vision center. I didn't have an appointment, but the receptionist was nice enough to work me in. I scratched my cornea and needed it looked at. I first saw an assistant who was very attentive and seemed to be sincerely concerned about my eye. Then I saw Dr. Do and he immediately made me feel at ease. He took his time and answered all of my questions. He is very passionate about his job and it shows!
