After 30+ years without contacts, I went in to get them. I had totally forgotten how to work with them. Needless to say the young man who helped me had a challenge with me. Finally, I got them on. Waco Vision Center is AWESOME. Dr. Long was very friendly, and all of the staff were helpful and very helpful. I will recommend them to all of my friends, and I will go back each time I need optical help.

The best advertisement is word of mouth. Would not recommend this place. Waited over an hour and a half for an appointment that I had scheduled. The staff didn't care nor did the optometrist. They weren't even that busy.

Hello Jennie! I couldn’t agree with you more that the best form of advertisement is word of mouth. If you make one customer happy they will tell 5 more! I know your time is important and you should not have to wait that long, I truly apologize!!!! We usually do a good job of getting patients out quickly but yesterday was one of those days for me that nothing went as planned.
You guys are lifesavers and Dr. Prince is awesome! Thank you SO MUCH for getting my daughter, Hannah, in today so she can SEE and enjoy her vacation at the beach this coming week!
