I personally am very disappointed in this venue as I called prior to driving 100 miles to the actual location only to be greeted and assisted by a young lady who seemed to know less than myself. The gentleman whom I spoke to was sitting in his office on the telephone. I informed the lady I had spoken to him on the phone prior to driving. However she was too busy trying to upsell me than to actually listen and try to satisfy my wants and needs. We were informed that we had spoken with you prior to covid 19. We have sold multiple trailers since March. At this time we did not have any units to meet your needs, and we do apologize for that. Did some trading with them. Everything went as it should. We drove in from out of town all paper work was completed and waiting for us upon our arrival. Very pleasant experience. I've bought several new trailers through out my racing career but none have been this easy and straight forward. Thanks guys. Highly recommend them.
