Recently, Wackerli Auto's service department replaced a failed component. During the process, some accidental damage occurred, which the dealership graciously accepted as its responsibility. Ethans knowledge on GMC/Cadillac vehicles was why we bought from Wackerli. He answered all of our questions and then some, by the time we drove off the lot in our new CT5, we were very comfortable with different features it had. Thank you all for an enjoyable experience.
