Very happy with my experience at this office. Clean facilities and friendly staff!
Took my dad for his appt and they gave us the wrong address. We kept looking for the location and the phone service took forever to pick up when we called to make sure the address we were given was correct (obviously it was not.) The person on the phone service end was nice and clear once they did answer, but once we arrived it all went downhill. Went there for an annual for the first time last Tuesday and was given 3 prescriptions. Called immediately when 2 of them weren’t covered and left a message to ask for replacements. No response. Called on Thursday and receptionist sent me to a full voicemail at 11:30 in the morning. Called again and spoke to Linda. She said there are over the counter options so I asked to see if Cameron can prescribe something else so it’s covered by my insurance.
