James was half the price of other roofers, so I was sceptical, but I know a few people who speak highly of his work. I was not disappointed. He was very responsive and nice to work with. He always displayed genuine concern for customer satisfaction, and I know I can be very demanding and persnickety. So kudos to James for putting up with me! His crew did a nice job. James and his crew did fantastic work for our mother. They installed a new roof on her home and new siding and gutters on garage.

**UPDATE AUG 2025. So far NOTHING DONE. ZERO CONTACT. Pictures show horrific work 7 years ago. Update 2025 a few false promises another year in a row. I really want my roof etc fixed and NO more broken promises. BBB canceled them in 2018-19. I still email annual updates. Over 100 emails back & forth w BBB.. Jame’s communication was top-notch, always kept me in the loop, and answered all my questions quickly. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. Our roof looks great and very affordable!!
