James is a wonderful human. Very professional business owner who has done work for me on multiple properties. Hes very timely only real ever delays is generally due to weather conditions. Which is expected. But his quality of work is way better that the other companies that I have used. And his communication is amazing. ** Update 2025 a few false promises another year in a row. I really want my roof etc fixed and NO more broken promises. BBB canceled them in 2018-19. I still email annual updates. Over 100 emails back & forth w BBB.. **Update 2024 -STILL WAITING JAMES!! ! WORST ROOFING COMPANY EVER! The work is AWFUL! All these years & promises to make it a good new roof & downspout (yes that IS the NEW downspout they put on! That is not what I pd for!) and James doesn't honor his word or stand behind his work! Awful job, left damage gutters and gutter pieces all over the yard; completed the roof incorrectly. Now we have major issues. Don’t waste your time with this company. Doesn’t follow up or return your phone calls either.
