Extremely poor customer service. Stated he did not open the patients chart, but proceeded to provide answers anyways regarding specific questions about a surgical procedure, and then minimized both the client and the nurses concerns. Personally, I would think twice before going to him due to his unprofessionalism and arrogance.
Even though Dr Reilly was extremely busy, he still took his time to explain everything to me and was totally thorough. He was very pleasant and down to earth, very easy to relate to, yet very professional.
