I wouldn't give 1 star if that was possible they are the worst company ive ever rented from never again ....i lost my job they gave me a 30 day notice now after over a year of being gone they want to take some one to court that house was cleaner when i moved out then it was when i moved in
Don't even get me started. I moved in on April 18 2016, When I moved in the carpet at my apartment at Lake Point was horrible, I asked them if I can get it cleaned and they stated it was already cleaned, I took pictures so I wouldn't get screwed over, during the time I lived there ( august 24 2017) I had to get my fridge replaced 3 times, dishwasher never worked, I went 4 months without a fridge which is a load of crap. WT Contacted me claiming owe them $900 some dollars because they had to replace the carpet, get a new frid... read more
Absolute worst experience I've ever had. The staff is unbelievably disrespectful and the apartments aren't kept up at all. The buildings smell like an ashtray even though it's "no smoking", the pool is covered in algae and mud, appliances are so old maintenance can't even work on them. RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE.
Horrible slum loards of Huron... Broken things when my sons girlfriend moved in.. Went without heat several times in the winter and she has a 1 yr old... I wouldn't have my dog live there
Everything was broken not to mention I was pregnant and the kitchen floor.tile needed replaced never did it the shower head was literally about to.come out of the wall never fixed it.. and the towel rack kept falling gave them a 30 day notice telling them we were moving cause the rent was not worth the place at all said they never got it but we didn't "break the lease" because someone moved in right away and the law says you don't have to pay if someone moves in.! This place really sounds like a rip off scam! They need investigated, fckn ripping innocent ppl off, you shld be ashamed, trashy ass company!
Rented commercially from Bill Waldock, he will screw you over for a penny if he could! Trying to screw us outta our security deposit when our roof constantly leaked the carpet was constantly stained and we had no heat for 2 weeks, and the heater he put it caught on fire and he never even bothered to tell us
