Slum lords AT BEST! On top of MULTIPLE other issues, including an infestation of bed bugs that they refused to treat, My mother was left without air conditioning in 100+ degree temperatures, had multiple asthma attacks due to this. A man who works for them came into my mother’s home screaming at her while she was alone. If you call the front office, not only are they extremely rude, but they apparently don’t know how to put a work order in to get things fixed. Not that they would probably fix it anyways! Eden Park management think of their tenants as customers instead of tenants. These people are so money hungry and seem yo have little knowledge about how to run an apartment complex. Everything is about money and ways to get it! I understand investment but I don't understand neglect!
what a bunch of slum loards. this was my husband and I first time renting and living on our own, we where getting married and we needed a place with in 3 months WT didnt seem to have an issue. we found a great place one with all new appliances paint and carpet what a steal right? yeah no... so we look at the place about a month before our move in date everything seems to be going ok they had the kitchen ready and the 2 bedrooms done living areas ready but the bathroom still needed help. so I said great looking forward to see... read more

Absolutely horrible. I have been a tenant through WT for 10+ years, believe this is the first time I had a late payment in many years. I was $4 short on a "late fee" I wrote the check for $690 and she said it needs re written for $694. Refused to accept $4 cash or to add it to our next months bill. They really need $4 that bad?!? Made me go get a money order for $4 and bring it back. Great way to lose good tenants, and you wonder why people stay a few months and go elsewhere.!!
My grand-daughter and her boyfriend live in an apartment on McKinley in Sandusky! This is the first time they have lived out on their own and these slum lords have treated them awful! They pay rent for a hole! It has been 90 degrees and they have had one of the air conditioners and the other is broken. They cannot even live in an apartment that they are paying for! By far the worst company I have ever rented from. I can't stress enough to anyone, don't rent from these scam artists. I lived there for three years and paid my rent on time the whole duration. There are still doors and windows that I reported as damaged THREE YEARS AGO BEFORE I MOVED IN that still have not been replaced. Dirty, rude staff that will screw you at every turn, nothing repaired in a timely manner, tenants don't give a shit. So happy to get my uncle out of there. Do not move here if you have an alternative.
