Would give Chuck a zero rating if I could! Talk about poor customer service skills - made an appointment and Chuck canceled the morning of. When I called back, he showed no real apology or regrets. Definitely don’t book this guy - apparently he’s known for being flaky and not reliable! But the owner and ladies at Wild Hare are lovely - recommend they remove him from the stylist list so the salon doesn’t get a bad reputation pulled down because of him!
Chuck is absolutely a true artist in choosing hair colors, highlights, styles, & his 40 years of experience reflects his work. He is the very best in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky, imho. He is always timely and his enthusiasm speaks volumes about his love for “all things hair!” My husband and I both highly recommend Chuck!
Chuck is an artist... I’ve been going to him for the last 15 years or so, and I’ve always been extremely pleased. He’s seen me through long, short, and everywhere in between—both colored and “naturally highlighted”, as I’m now in my Silver Years. Had my first appointment with Chuck today and it was superb! He is extremely knowledgeable about hair care and a fountain of helpful information. Very much enjoyed my time chatting with him and at the end we were both grinning ear to ear with the work he accomplished. Could not recommend anyone better!
Chuck Landers did such a fantastic job on my hair! He always does. Every time he cuts my hair, he absolutely kills it. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. He always makes me feel so good about myself, and he always makes sure you love what he’s doing. Thank you, Chuck!!
