I love the location, living in Hyde Park, but even if I didn’t live here, I would come here. From the moment I walk in, I feel like a very valued client. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I have used many of their services from Skin care to nails to hair and I think they do a great job with everything.

The team providing nail care is so talented! It's so great to see how well they work together and support each other. I’ve been seeing Emily for several months and she is truly incredible. My nails always turn out gorgeous and last so much longer than anywhere I’ve gone before. Her nail art is next-level—she’s creative, meticulous, and so talented. On top of that, all of the women are so sweet and clearly love what they do. I cannot recommend them enough!

This feedback concerns my recent appointment with Shannon McGratha. I had booked a pedicure and accidentally selected regular polish instead of my usual shellac. When I realized the mistake, I politely asked if we could switch to shellac instead. Unfortunately, Shannon declined, explaining there wasn’t enough time.
